    Hi there, I'm Gerry.
    I am an overly happy individual and feel unbelievably lucky to be here. I was born with a dodgy ticker. Pulmonary atresia, a form of cardiovascular disease, to be more precise.
    If you want to know more I have written a book called Gerry and the Pacemakers. 

    I started this blog as I felt there was a lot of very serious information out there about CHD awareness but there was little to none that just had heart and a little joy!
    So I thought I would bring  information and advice about all the things I have learnt and I'm excited about to do with CHD, health and life. Also I couldn't fit everything I wanted to into this painstakingly written book! :)
